Habits? This got me thinking. We all have our habits and little foibles.
I know I have bad habits and I do try to remedy those and form good habits.
I once sent a picture for a home living site to my sister. It was a staircase with drawers under each step for storage. Finding myself back in Japan and in smaller living quarters than I have in NZ, I have become very interested in small space living.
My sister just laughed and commented I would have to be able to close drawers first. I had to laugh because she was so right. When I saw this challenge and looked around my small bedroom three different sets of drawers were open and I hadn’t even ventured out to the kitchen!
My non blogging challenge for this month is to get into the habit of closing drawers!

Post Blog post Edit. PS Have been out to the kitchen twice and found different draws open. This habit breaking is hard work!
As far as tiny living goes, have you watched the American television show titled, “Tiny House Nation” ? You’d have no choice to close the drawers or else you couldn’t leave the room.

Will have to check it out! I am not sure I could go that small but am not sure I really need a 3 bedroom house for one. Would like to declutter and make that footstep of mine smaller.

It’s interesting really , definitely makes you aware that you can do with less.

Yes, actually the year I had away and living from a backpack was a huge eyeopener for me. When I left for Japan after that I basically sold up or gave away most everything so am looking forward to a clean fresh start when I head home. My 3 bedroom house isn’t actually palatial and I must admit I love having rooms to offer to fellow travelers or friends at anytime!

Yes it’s always nice to have the option of more space.
