Thursday Doors – Cuba #1

Baracoa, Cuba 2011

Baracoa, Cuba 2011

Every week I enjoy posts in response to Norm 2.0‘s Thursday Doors  by Manja Mexi and Janet of This That and the Other Thing so I decided to post one of my own.

Cuba was bright and lively. Neighbours gather on the streets, in doorways and on porches to chat, make music or just watch life pass by.

I’d love to be back there now sitting in one of these chairs and watching the kids who were out in front of this house playing make shift baseball with a stick as a bat.

  1. Yeah! So good to see you join Thursday Doors. I love how you view things and you have been to so many interesting places. Never been to Cuba but I know I’d love the colour scheme, if nothing else. 🙂 Looking forward to more of your doors.
