In the middle of the hustle and bustle of metropolitan Tokyo outside Naka Meguro Station was a very odd place to find a wee donkey and a Japanese gaucho selling flowers. I think he is standing on a no parking sign!

I don’t think he was Mexican, Japanese I think? His donkey was on the no parking sign for bikes, guess they never thought to put up a no parking your donkey sign!
