I am not a big red meat eater but the other day, my body was calling out for a bit of red meat and lo and behold the local supermarket had some small but very succulent New Zealand lamb chops for sale.
I stir fried some onions, Japanese mushrooms and tomatoes. The lamb was seasoned with sea salt and pepper, grilled and then pan seared and served on the vegetables with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. It was simple and quick. Oh and did I mention? – Oooh lala, it was “fabulicious!” Move over Jamie Oliver!
