Home sweet Home

Home is family and home is New Zealand. At the moment home is a winter wonderland with stunning views of the snow covered Southern alps. I have escaped to hot humid sticky summer of Japan for the crisp cold days of Christchurch in New Zealand. It is great to have 6 weeks home with the folks. A big bonus is my sister and her children are home from the States so it is a full gathering of the clan for a full week. We have introduced a new family member,Jasper. Jasper is a wee rescue dog and is now my dad’s constant companion. Dad, Jasper and I went for a walk yesterday along Sumner beach. It was a clear crisp blue day and the views to the alps were stunning.
